Our neighborhood has a little Halloween parade each year so we dressed Dylan up in his lion costume! Before we got all dressed up we had a little fall photo shoot in the front yard. There are so many cute pics but here are a few of my favorites!

BIRTHDAY BOY
Dylan is ONE! Ben and I woke up and fixed waffles, whipped cream, and strawberries for the birthday boy! We finally opened presents from Mom and Dad in the afternoon and then celebrated with spaghetti and meatballs and a big cupcake. We are going to have a little family party on Saturday so more pics to come but here are a few from our special family day yesterday.
He loves his new wagon!
New train
He runs everywhere!

Slam dunk!
Ben and Dylan played a little basketball on Sunday afternoon. He saw Ben dunk the ball in the hoop one time and was immediately hooked. His new favorite thing is to dunk the basketball with a little help from Dad.
This pic is from Shelley Lake. After playing ball Ben and Dylan went on a hike and during a quick break Dylan stole Ben's wallet. He said credit cards were scattered all over! Ha

All boy!!
It has been a long week at the Wolfe house! Dylan was sick early this week and had to go to the doctor. I was exhausted from taking care of a sick baby and finally bent over to pick him up one too many times and threw my back out. I was so crooked that I had to go to the doctor for some relief. And, poor Scout baby had to have tooth surgery on Thursday. We are ready for a nice, "normal", relaxing family weekend! We finally got out of the house a little on Thursday and took a few pictures. Dylan was having a ball running around the cul-de-sac. As soon as we finished taking these pictures he faceplanted on the cement and now has scrapes all on his nose, upper lip and chin. Guess I should get used to that!
This picture was from last weekend when Dylan was helping Dad with some yardwork.

Kylie's wedding
My sister, Kylie, got married to her highschool sweetheart on October 1st. She was the most beautiful bride I've ever seen! Dylan got all dressed up for the occasion and even had his television debut in her wedding video. Here is a link.

Pumpkin patch!
Saturday we took Dylan to Hillridge Farms to see the pumpkins. We really had no idea what we were in for but I'm certain that next year Dylan is going to have a blast! We took a hay ride to the pumpkin field where Dylan immediately found the cutest little girl to play with! He saw ducks, ponies, goats, chickens and more children than I've ever seen before! It was sooo much fun to see him walk around and take it all in.

Neighborhood Cookout
Today we had a Saturday afternoon cookout with the neighbors in our cul-de-sac. Dylan had so much fun and did his best to keep up with Charlie and Emily. I know it's just a matter of time until he is running all over this neighborhood!
