cutting eyes

Dylan loves to "cut eyes" at you!  It gets him the attention he wants and he has learned a few tricks that will quickly get all eyes on him.  His favorite attention grabber is to cut eyes, second favorite is to say "oreo"  and third favorite is to say "boo-boo".  Here he is cutting eyes at me while we were playing one afteroon.

This just makes me smile!
I took this video today while we were driving home from Target.  Dylan was howling like a wolf!!!

Backyard fun

We have been playing in the backyard every night after dinner.  Here are a few pictures from the last week of backyard fun.

Pullen Park and Museum

The three of us finally made it over to Pullen Park to ride the train and feed the ducks.  These pics are about 3 weeks old but better late than never! There are also a few pictures of our trip to NC Life/Science museum.

Looking at the Donkey at the NCMLS
Dylan always puts his finger to his mouth and says "hmmmm??" when he's thinking.  I'll have to post a video because it is so cute! Here we are "thinking" about which exhibit to see next!

RUNNING down the big bridge to see the wolf and bear!!!!!!!!!

Cuteness

Just had to share these cute pics.  Just love him!

Dixie Deer Classic

About 2 weeks ago we took a Sunday PM stroll through the Dixie Deer Classic.  The fairgrounds were packed so we tossed Dylan in the backpack.  He didnt last long in the pack because as soon as he saw the John Deer riding lawnmower he was off and running around!

It's raining, it's pouring...

Haha!  Yesterday was Nana's day to take care of Dylan so they jumped in the car and went to Shelley Lake to feed ducks and play on the playground.  Before they left I saw a big dark cloud far off and told her that I hoped they wouldn't get wet.  Well, as soon as they got to the playground it POURED, thundered, and stormed all over them.  She said she and Dylan were running through the park getting completley soaked.  Here is a picture right when they got home giving me their best "sad" face.  Funny stuff!
